We have been involved in development projects for nearly two decades throughout the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Over this time Grove has established a track record of completing both high quality and profitable projects. These projects have included medium density residential developments, hotels, commercial shopping centres, commercial offices and warehouse & distribution facilities.
Our team looks at over £5bn worth of deals a year, which it sources either directly itself or indirectly through a wide network of contacts across real estate sectors. Our focus is predominantly in the UK and looks at opportunities that arise in the following sectors:
- Retail - prime high street, shopping centres and out of retail town parks
- Leisure - hotels, holiday parks
- Healthcare - retirement homes, care homes and retirement villages
- Residential - traditional city properties, low density new build
- Industrial - located on major transport routes and smaller niche hubs
- Other - Environmental based investments, childcare & nurseries
