Nick Snashall
Nick co-founded Grove in 2004 and is a graduate in Quantity Surveying. He Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and is a qualified quantity surveyor and accountant.
In 2000 Nick moved to work in Sydney, Australia where he established DTZ’s Global Corporate Services and Building Consultancy departments. During his time in Australia he completed the largest ever real estate transaction in Australia.
Nick has led a number of high profile investment transactions and has a particular specialism in back to back leasing transactions.
