About Us
Grove was co-founded by Calum Stewart and Nick Snashall. Calum and Nick established Grove in 2004 having previously worked internationally with two of largest global property advisors. Grove initially focussed on delivering development projects and crystallising investments for a range of clients. Subsequently Grove merged with a large private equity fund, specialising in leisure markets and land development and currently Grove now run a number of funds and operational businesses as well as a consultancy business line.
As principal the Grove team is able to implement its extensive development expertise into maximising asset value across various funds and generating value through financial restructuring, asset enhancement and operational changes.
Grove is now using its broad range of experience from fund management through to construction management to develop a range of investment opportunities which seeks to take advantage of the currently changing economic landscape.
Our funds are structured to provide a number of different investment types and horizons for our investors. Our aim is to target growth asset classes and develop assets where enhancement opportunities exist and will add value.
